Registration

The early registration closes on May 8^th, 2017 IDLW (i.e., May 9 at noon BST/1pm CEST). To register for Pervasive Displays, please use the Online Registration Form. The system supports major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), as well as Mastercard Wallet. Payment via bank transfer is not possible. Below you can find an overview of the fees for registration:

Registration Policy

• All prices are in Swiss Francs.
• Student registration requires a copy of a valid Student ID to be presented when picking up the badge.
• ACM Member rates require a valid ACM Membership Number to be entered during registration.
• Onsite Registration is only possible in cash and will incur a surcharge of CHF 50 over the Late Registration rate.
• If you need a visa, please contact us before registering.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the conference chair by postal mail or fax (see address information below). Cancellations will be accepted until May 22, 2017. There will be no refunds issued at a later time. Refunds will be made in full less a CHF 150 cancellation fee. Note that substitution is always possible, though additional payments may be necessary if the registration type changes (e.g., non-member substituting for an ACM member).
