• All prices are in Euro (€).
• Student registration requires a copy of a valid Student ID to be presented when picking up the badge.
• ACM Member rates require a valid ACM Membership Number to be entered during registration.
• Onsite Registration is possible and will incur a surcharge of €50 over the Late Registration rate.
• If you wish to register for the tutorial only (no conference registration), please contact us.
• If you need a visa, please contact us before registering.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the conference chair by postal mail or fax (see address information below). Cancellations will be accepted until May 14, 2018. There will be no refunds issued at a later time. Refunds will be made in full less a € 150 cancellation fee. Note that substitution is always possible, though additional payments may be necessary if the registration type changes (e.g., non-member substituting for an ACM member).
